3D Modeling for Neo Homes

The Goal: Neo Homes needed their designs and construction drawings translated into 3D SketchUp models to help clients better visualize the finished space before development.

The Solution: I built a detailed SketchUp model specifically structured for client meetings. By using organized layers and component groupings, the team was able to toggle between different materials and finishes in real time. The file was also set up to be a functional resource for their in-house designers, ensuring a smooth hand-off for further technical work and interior documentation.
