Drawings only go so far. Neo Homes needed their construction documents to become something a client could actually walk through, a space they could picture themselves in before the first wall went up.

I built a SketchUp model designed for the room, not just the screen. Layered and grouped so the team could swap materials and finishes live, mid-conversation, and structured to stay useful long after the meeting as a working file for their in-house designers.
